We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Quality Inspector to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet company and customer specifications by performing inspections on mechanical components, assemblies, and finished goods. Responsibilities
Perform dimensional and visual inspections on mechanical components using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, etc.)
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to verify part compliance.
Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of inspections and tests.
Work with production teams to identify, report, and resolve quality issues.
Review and approve incoming materials and ensure they meet required specifications.
Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and In-process inspections.
