Overview

Collections Agent Monday - Friday + Monthly Bonus'

As a CSC Collections Agent you will be primarily responsible for following-up on outstanding debts so that the organization’s losses are kept to a minimum & arrears are economically collected.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and collect overdue accounts to minimize outstanding receivables

  • May handle and schedule recovery process of lease equipment due to delinquency, abandonment ortermination of services

  • Manage daily calls to customers and provide continuous follow up

  • Negotiate payment arrangements with customers and process account adjustments

  • Process one-time credit card payments

  • Enter all actions, comments and payment arrangements on accounts

  • Update account information

What we’re looking for

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to read, analyze & interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, financial reports andlegal documents

  • Ability to write reports and correspondence

  • Ability to effectively and professionally present information one-on-one and small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization

  • Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts

  • Good Microsoft Office skills
