Overview
Collections Agent Monday - Friday + Monthly Bonus'
As a CSC Collections Agent you will be primarily responsible for following-up on outstanding debts so that the organization’s losses are kept to a minimum & arrears are economically collected.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Identify and collect overdue accounts to minimize outstanding receivables
May handle and schedule recovery process of lease equipment due to delinquency, abandonment ortermination of services
Manage daily calls to customers and provide continuous follow up
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers and process account adjustments
Process one-time credit card payments
Enter all actions, comments and payment arrangements on accounts
Update account information

What we’re looking for
Requirements:
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, analyze & interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, financial reports andlegal documents
Ability to write reports and correspondence
Ability to effectively and professionally present information one-on-one and small group situations tocustomers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
Good Microsoft Office skills
