Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
• Inventory control; Receiving, moving, labeling, storing and Shipping.
• Ensure that customer orders are shipped on time. B2B, B2C.
• Ensure orders are shipped meeting all requirements from clients, minimizing non-
compliance and fines.
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure warehouse environment according with C-TPAT,
taking responsibility for building security and stock protection.
• Maintain warehouse equipment in good standing condition to execute all distribution
activities. Including preventing maintenance, keeping maintenance records, scheduling
repairs, etc.
• Enhance warehouse layout to improve efficiency and cost reduction.
• Active participation in improvement project, cycle counts, inventory.
• Lead and develop warehouse team, maintaining a culture of growth, motivation and
teamwork.
• Monitor employee performance, and perform direct employee management and
discipline
• Develop the staff through training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate and collaborate with managers and staff members of other departments
to well serve our customers and improving services.
• Responsible for resolution of distribution issues related to customer service.
