Description

Junior Procurement Associate • Monitor and approve purchase orders for designated departments according to company policies • Collaborate with department management to identify potential suppliers and determine princes with new vendors • Preparing and processing purchase orders using Oracle NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain requested dates in line with invoice schedule dates with vendors. • Communicating with vendors and keeping track of inventory lead times. • Ensuring that inventory is received at the correct cost • Maintain up-to-date inventory and procurement reports, ensuring that all data is accurate and readily available for review.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00
