Job Description
We are seeking entry-level technicians to perform cleanings and preventative maintenance on equipment at our Coralville, IA site. The primary responsibility involves cleaning synthesizers that process DNA in the lab, ensuring sample integrity. This is a repetitive and meticulous process involving over 50 synthesizers. Additional equipment includes robotic liquid handlers, HPLC machines, gas phase routers, and reagent dispensers. The role requires replacing filters and other maintenance tasks. Successful candidates will have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and be familiar with manufacturing. This position offers training for those who are curious and willing to learn.
Qualifications
1+ year maintenance, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting
Hand, power, measuring tool experience
