Mission:
- To serve the Branch Network by leading the Project Equipment logistics team to efficiently mobilize the right gear at the right time, in job ready condition.
Success Metrics:
- Logistics NPS > 50%
- Service Success 100%
- Minimize transportation cost and maximize multi-stop loads
- Launching one equipment coordinator per year to other internal company opportunities

Responsibilities and Principal Duties:
- Logistics strategy
- Distribute project workload to logistics team
- Coordinate companywide project equipment needs
- Ensure the equipment request process is understood and followed by all project teams
- Manage the organization, labeling and storage of all PEG equipment
- Give input on equipment additions and track on utilization trends
- Intercompany billing
- Review of all equipment transactions on a monthly basis to ensure full and accurate revenue
- Branch Leadership Team Member
- Part of all branch leadership team activities and responsibilities
- Team development
- Leadership development for logistics and yard teams
- Technical knowledge development for logistics team and yard
- Companywide support
- Respond to requests from fleet services, sales, engineering and field leadership
- Inventory management
- Accurately track current locations and availability of all project type equipment
- Maintain and update the companywide Master Inventory List
- Request and log companywide annual inventories
- Manage the organization, labeling and storage of all PEG equipment
- Maintain an effective yard storage plan
- Special focus on structural equipment
- Ensure equipment looks on brand and is kept on brand in a financially effective manner
- Special focus on load securement requirement and DOT
Education:Bachelors degree or sufficient experience required.
