Aston Carter Chargeback Lead in Corona, California

Description:

Review and post claims timely and accurately according to Chargeback Department policies

Overflow for processing claims and backup, as needed.

First-level daily support to Chargeback reps by answering questions & giving advice on how to resolve complex issues

Assist with training of new claims reps on SAP system and how to research & process claims

Assist with testing of new programs, processes, and/or SAP functionality

Assist Chargeback Specialist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedure documents

Backfill support to Power BI maintenance (running necessary reports, troubleshooting issues)

Participate in brainstorming ways to streamline work processes that impact the department

Ad hoac projects, as needed

Qualifications:

Must have experience performing chargebacks in a retail or manufacturing environment

Must have experience improving DSO's (days sales outstanding)

Must have track record of keeping AR at least 80% current monthly

Must have success recovering dollars

Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, operations, finance, or business focus preferred, but not required

3 - 5 years of direct chargeback and/or compliance experience
