FirstService Residential Temporary-Facility Administrator in Corona, California

Job Overview: The Temporary Facility Administrator will support the Sr Community Manager in believing in and an active supporter of the community vision and philosophies, and FirstService Residential’s commitment to client, staff, and community. As a result of job performance, to be responsible for community and board support, and the advancement of the community in terms of its quality of life and physical environment.

Compensation : $19-20

Â

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client’s property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client’s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Schedule:Â Part time Temporary Thursday - Saturday from 9am-5:30pm

Â

Your Responsibilities:Â

  • Handle customer service calls/emails and issue related architectural or violations, in accordance with established procedures, returning within 24 hours.
  • Updating reports and conducts inspections of the community.
  • Assist Facility Coordinator residents with the distribution of key fobs, gate remotes, room reservations and general questions pertaining to the Community.
  • Ensure CONNECT is updated with daily with homeowner info, open calls, arc, violations, work orders, etc.
  • Works with co-workers as assigned to assist in the coordination of events, programs and clubs (i.e. creates flyers, posts notices etc.).
  • Interacts and follows up with Committee members, homeowners, and architectural consultantregarding architectural issues of the Association
  • Maintains accurate and complete records as required to implement properly and effectively theArchitectural Program. This includes homeowner computer files, violation reports andcorrespondence, hearing correspondence, plan submittals (pending, approved, and denied),homeowner correspondence, etc.
  • Â Apply a pro-active approach to all areas of responsibility and strive for continued improvement and excellence throughout.
  • Follows quality system procedures.

  • Must possess some business/customer service experience.

  • Previous work experience in a customer service environment.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently with strong organizational skills.
  • Outstanding computer skills to include: heavy word processing using Microsoft Word, spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, Publisher. General database entry and maintenance preferred.
  • Forward thinking, proactive, and able to provide creative alternatives for problem solving.
  • People/community oriented – represents the vision of the Bedford lifestyle.
  • Must have use of a vehicle; possess current driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
  • Must be resourceful and a creative problem solver with strong ethical practices.
  • Ability to determine next level involvement for problem resolution.
  • Must demonstrate good judgment.
  • Ability to think and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and deadlines, as well as work independently and prioritize time effectively.

• Must be mobile enough to move around office in order to make copies, send mail and faxes.

• Must be mobile enough to walk the facilities, including up and down stairs and exterior pool,

landscape, parks and recreational areas

Must be mobile enough to move around during outside events, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Must be able to hear in order to receive telephone calls and voice mail messages. Must be able to respond to requests and communicate to staff, coworkers, clients, and vendors; talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communication.

• Associate is required to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time, as well as talking

on the phone for extended periods of time. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

• Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Completion of some college course work.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong general math skills
