RQ Construction, LLC Field Administrator in Coronado, California

RQ is seeking a qualified, customer-focused, detail-oriented, organized individual who easily and eagerly balances multiple tasks simultaneously while supporting an on-site commercial construction project team as a Field Administrator at NB Coronado SSTC, Imperial Beach, California.
Duties and Responsibilities
Project start-up process, subcontractor on-site onboarding
Processes certified payroll and labor compliance documents.
Processes daily production reports, including tracking labor hours and classifications.
Creates and maintains document control, project-specific electronic filing system.
Requests and tracks Certificates of Insurance
Processes job-site invoices.
Project completion close-out process and other administrative duties
Provides professional reception services to all project stakeholders, internally and externally.
Provides office support for all customers.
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent required; Business and/or administrative college coursework preferred.
Two or more years' experience in an administrative role.
Self-motivated, with ability to multi-task
Possess strong time management, attention-to-detail, and organization skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; effective written, and verbal comprehension and active listening skills
Ability to operate telephone and conference room systems, and office machines.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, Bluebeam, etc.) required.
Specific software literacy (Viewpoint, LCPtracker) a plus.
Certified payroll or prevailing wage (Davis Bacon / DBRA) experience preferred.
Construction Industry experience desired.
Competitive Hourly Rate $26.00-$30.00 Depending on Experience
(Annual equivalent $54,080- $62,400)
