Responsibilities You will be required to provide facilities staff management and supervision as well as supporting the Facilities Director in planning, budgeting, and administrative functions. You will manage the development and implementation of the Facilities Division’s annual and quarterly budget, planning, and execution reports. You will be the technical advisor for the Command’s MILCON Programs for major construction, repair, alteration, and equipment installation of special items which exceeds the Commanding Officer’s funding authority. You will develop and/or assist in justifying, developing, executing, and budgeting for complex projects that range in scope from service work requests to Special Projects for repair, construction, and maintenance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Evaluating facilities programs, develop long-term objectives and milestones, and identify ways to resolve deficiencies.
