Job Title: Transmission Right of Way Agent
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated Transmission Right of Way Agent to manage and coordinate a portfolio of transmission projects. This position involves frequent travel to site locations in Southern TX and an annual meeting in Tulsa. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week onsite, with the remaining days remote. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules, directing right-of-way vendors, and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Knowledge of GIS Mapping systems, real estate values, and contract law is crucial.
