Guthrie Supervisor, Storeroom Ops - Materials Management - Full Time in Cortland, New York

Position Summary:

Responsible for oversight of storeroom including receiving of inventory and non‐inventory goods, warehousing of inventory items, par level management and distribution to departments.

Education, License & Cert:

High School graduate or equivalent required.

Experience:

Minimum four years storeroom experience and previous supervisory experience required.

Essential Functions:

  1. Performs cycle counts and physical inventories. Communicates discrepancies / problems with the physical inventory.

  2. Counts par level inventories, picks and replenishes stock level according to reports‐: Maintains accurate information for par level, requisitions, cycle count, inventory and bin locations.

  3. Performs inventory issues and adjustments into material management information system (MMIS).

  4. Verifies contents of delivered inventory and receives contents into MMIS. Maintains accurate information for par level, requisitions, cycle count, inventory and bin locations.

  5. Tracks metrics and compiles data in monthly distribution dashboard. Assigns staffing schedules, maintains attendance records.

  6. Maintains established policies and procedures objectives, quality assurance and safety programs.

  7. Monitors department supplies and orders appropriately. Orders department supplies and coordinates equipment repairs for equipment in Supply & Distribution.

  8. Monitors product recall software.

  9. Reboots vendor credentialing system as requested by IT or Purchasing.

  10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Duties:

  1. Attends facility huddles, weekly team meeting and monthly Clinical CQVA meeting as required.

Pay range min $16.54/hr max $25.80/hr
