Minimum Qualifications Three years of general building maintenance experience in one or more of the following trade areas: carpentry, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, and welding. NOTE: Some positions may require licensure or certification in a specific trade area. Additional Required Qualifications Demonstrated history of working with equipment beyond traditional, static 2D and 3D works; examples include AV technologies in performance contexts, projection equipment, and the like. Ability and willingness to move from live performance contexts to gallery contexts with ease. Ability to patch and repair walls and other installation surfaces with high attention to detail. Experience with carpentry and fabrication; ability to build/fabricate scenic elements, display cases, and similar infrastructure for the visual and performing arts Strong technological/AV abilities Basic MS Office abilities Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse and broad group of internal customers with varying backgrounds, needs, and identities.
