Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is looking for Team Lead for the Experian Personal Loans Marketplace. Experian Marketplace is a rapidly growing financial lead gen experience. We match our valued Experian.com consumers to the best financial products based on powerful data-driven decisioning and matching logic. This highly visible position is responsible for the onboarding, account management and program optimization of assigned financial partnerships. You will report to the VP of Growth & Emerging Markets.
You'll have opportunity to:
Support daily management tasks, including supporting team, strategy implementation and handling partner escalations.
Support daily operations, ensuring team performance aligns with our goals.
Support plans to achieve team goals and revenue targets.
Coordinate new partner onboarding and ongoing account management for Personal Loan partners.
Improve revenue through account growth and optimization plans which align partner strengths and goals with Experian priorities and strategic plans.
Research and communicate new developments within the competitive landscape
Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners
Coordinate program changes and account operations
Ensure programs are compliant with partner marketing guidelines
Build internal relationships with the broader Experian sales organization, internal departments and operational support teams
Represent the voice of the partner to internal Experian team members
Manage new program plans and optimizations from start to finish
5+ years financial lead gen related account management experience.
3+ years management experience.
Experience in Personal Loans marketing, account origination and/or portfolio management preferred.
Account roadmap planning expertise
Experience in data analysis and making data-driven decisions
Solid project management skills
Legal and commercial contract negotiation experience
Strong PowerPoint and executive level presentation skills
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to collaborate and successfully work across a large matrixed organization
Prefers a highly collaborative, team-oriented work environment
BA/BS degree required
