Insight Global Salesforce Technical Lead in Costa Mesa, California
Job Description
A company is looking to hire a Salesforce Technical Lead for their ecommerce engineering team. This team is responsible for a customer Salesforce portal that offers various products. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing technical direction to team members, gathering and refining requirements from business users, troubleshooting production issues, and coding. The role is going to be 60% management responsibilities and 40% heads down coding. The coding will be a combination of front and backend development. Strong communication skills and a team player mentality is extremely important for this role as. The candidate can sit in any time zone and will be working with a team in India as well as the US.

Skills and Requirements
10 years of experience within full stack engineering
5+ most recent years of experience in Salesforce
Experience in both frontend and backend development (HTML, CSS, jQuery, Java, and Python)
Experience with Jira or similar tools for agile lifecycle management
Experience in a leadership role, mentoring other developers and working directly with business users
Knowledge of working in an AWS environment
2 or more Salesforce certifications null
