Learning & Competency Intern

Join our dynamic team as a Learning & Competency Intern to gain hands-on experience in developing impactful learning programs. This 6-months internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our workforce in Global Business Services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the training team to design, develop, and update training materials.

  • Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in skills & knowledge.

  • Work closely with the GBS Development & Engagement Manager to support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

  • Assist in maintaining training records and documentation.

Note: This is a full-time, paid internship lasting for six months, with the possibility of extension or transitioning into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word & Powerpoint

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
