American Transmission Company Facilities Operations Specialist in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin
Summary of Responsibilities:
Energize your career at ATC! We are looking for a Facilities Operations Specialist to provide hands on light maintenance support for the day-to-day operating functions of ATC Facilities Program Managers (office building and facilities critical operating systems support) including assisting and/or performing general facilities maintenance services. The Facilities Operations Specialist also assists as needed during the implementation of facilities projects.
Essential Responsibilities:
You’ll use your high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience and five years’ hands on maintenance experience to conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained, respond promptly to facility-related service requests, incidents and emergencies and perform maintenance duties such as painting, drywall and other light maintenance tasks. In addition, you’ll monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, coordinate the loading and unloading of goods at facility dock locations and assist with the review of facility supply orders to ensure delivery of items matches order details.
