What You’ll Do
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows , and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions .
Lead and support project management activities , ensuring risks are mitigated, and projects are delivered on time.
Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of business initiatives and recommend continuous improvements.
Drive adoption of technical tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to keep teams informed and aligned.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL , Power BI , and data visualization tools to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying trends, solving problems, and implementing solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams, translating technical solutions into actionable business outcomes.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean (preferred).
Familiarity with financial systems , forecasting, and budgeting.
Bonus Points For
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and similar tools.
Experience in the energy, medical, or financial sectors .
Certifications in Six Sigma, Agile, or relevant project management tools.
Hands-on experience implementing digital transformation projects or process automation.
