How You’ll Shine
Your role will involve welcoming and registering owners and guests, scheduling sales appointments with our onsite team, and sharing insights about local attractions. You'll ensure all necessary paperwork is meticulously completed. By establishing a genuine connection and understanding with our guests, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a standout experience.
Collaborating closely with our resort operations team, you'll ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in process and eloquently communicate the perks of traveling with Club Wyndham. Achieving set targets and KPIs will be part of your journey, with the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.

What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will be:
Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
Previous experience in face to face marketing or sales is highly desirable
Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
High levels of computer literacy
Previous experience with a PMS system (Opera) advantageous
Have the ability to recognise and solve problems in the workplace
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
