In the framework of the simulation business growth in the US, providing to the Nuclear Power Plant training simulators market maintenance and modernization solutions, we need to incorporate to our team someone who can understand the simulation needs in the US market and presents in front of the clients our value proposition, proactively promoting new solutions to the customer. The Simulation Control Rooms position will be responsible for identifying the customer needs and growth opportunities, providing business intelligence to the organization. This position is accountable for driving the process to identify customer needs and challenges, identifying the customer pain points and improvement opportunities. Working closely with the TRS simulation team, you will develop the value proposition for the customer defining the best model to support their needs, ensuring simulators availability. This position is eligible for hybrid/mobile working arrangement, with frequent visits to the customer facilities. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop the strategy and marketing plan to become a relevant player in the US simulation market Explore simulator O&M outsourcing opportunities Identify decision makers in US market, contact them and explore interest Identify current status and outsourcing plans Identify simulator vendors and current agreements/limitations Identify from early stages simulation opportunities related with the plant LTO programs Simulators refurbishment Big design modifications I&C modernizations Second simulators Simulation Assisted Engineering Support to the development of commercial materials Expected travel to customer sites 20-25% of the time

Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline 10+ years of experience in training simulators operation and maintenance Deep knowledge on US NRC training simulators requirements and qualification process Ability to distill customer needs and define the right technological approach Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytic and business skills, including consideration of financial impact when making decisions.
