Description
We are in the search for a dedicated Staff Accountant to become part a team in Cranberry Twp, Pennsylvania. In this role, your main task will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our accounting operations, from maintaining accurate records to processing journal entries.
Responsibilities:
• Execute account reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently
• Conduct monthly close procedures and post journal entries
• Utilize Excel for various accounting operations
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant with a minimum of one year in a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Demonstrable skills in performing Bank Reconciliations.
• Ability to maintain and manage the General Ledger.
•Experience in recording and reviewing Journal Entries.
• Experience with Month End Close procedures.
