Administrative Assistant

Renewal by Andersen - Cranford, NJ

We are headquartered in Cranford, New Jersey and looking to expand our administrative team by filling a key role within the organization with a Receptionist. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Primary Responsibilities:

● Ensure high quality customer service

● Answer multi-line phones, faxing documents, processing check requests

● UPS mailings

● Office Supply Ordering

● Distributing mail

● Creates ID badges for our field representatives (sales reps and technicians)

● Prepares New Hire Paperwork for new employees

● General office management

● Keep stock room organized

● Processing Cancellation Requests

Qualifications:

● Experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or similar role is preferred

● Strong computer skills are required

● Proficient in Microsoft Suite

● Strong Customer Service experience

• Comfortable carrying up to 25 lbs

Compensation and Benefits package:

● Competitive hourly rate starting at $18/hour

Schedule:

● Full-time position

● Monday - Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
