Job Summary:
The Lead Bell is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Bell/Valet team. This will include the responsibility of overseeing the safe and efficient relocation of guest’s automobiles to designated parking locations. This individual is also responsible for ensuring the timely delivery and retrieval of guest’s luggage by all team members. This position will assign and instruct Bell/Valet team members in details of work, observe/assist in performance, and encourage adherence to standard operating procedures. The Bell Captain is also responsible for training, scheduling, and visually monitoring the performance of all employees
Job Specifications:
Housing: May Be Available
Expected Pay Range: $11.40 - $15.35 / hour + tips
If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $21 / hour inclusive of tips
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:
Work with the Guest Services Captain and Guest Services Manager to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while providing the highest level of guest service.
Communicate effectively in writing and verbally to provide direction to staff.
Handling any guest comments or claims providing exceptional service and resolution.
Observe the performance of team members, celebrate exceptional service, and encourage improvement where needed.
Assist in the training, supervision, and evaluation of Guest Services team members.
Greet customers, park and secure vehicles, including locking doors and closing all hatches and windows
Function as a key associate providing the 1st impression of the hotel to each guest and training Guest Service team members to emulate the same 1st impression.
Manage the maintenance and sanitation of the garage during the shift to ensure a safe work environment, compliance with applicable regulations, and protection of the physical asset
Perform the tasks of employees supervised when needed to facilitate service and for training purposes
Act as a driver for company vehicles as needed
Provide guest services in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times by creating the WOW experience
Support the orientation training of new associates
Focus on providing world-class service for every guest at every opportunity.
Train, mentor, and nurture associates to remember the guest's needs come first.
Coordinating the assistance of luggage to and from rooms.
Organization of team members to respective stations, providing a continuous presence for guest touchpoints and prompt service.
Responsible for revenue auditing, verifying that all parking revenue is posted nightly and that the integrity of the department’s finances is maintained.
Confirm that packages when received are being documented and delivered to respective guests.
Ensure that the shuttle is operated in accordance with guest needs, with accurate time estimations provided to guests upon request.
Completion of shift checklists with all tasks completed to the highest standard.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism within your appearance, demeanor, and performance
Create the "WOW" factor at their first impression - arrival at the hotel.
Be aware of VIP guests and communicate this to staff
Ensure associates are in 100% compliance with uniform standards
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Requirements:
Detail-oriented on assigned tasks and the ability to follow through to a conclusion
Strong communication skills, must be able to communicate in English
Ability to take ownership of projects and drive production through completion
Ability to work successfully in a strong team environment
Ability to learn new systems quickly - required
At least 1 year’s previous supervisory experience is required.
CO Driver’s License preferred, satisfactory driving record required.
At least 21 years old.
Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly.
Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
The expected pay range is $21.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
