Robert Half Customer Success Specialist in Cripple Creek, Colorado
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Cripple Creek, Colorado. The role is centered around providing exceptional customer service and fostering efficient communication among guests, customers, and team members. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external calls, handling reservations, and navigating various computer programs with minimal supervision. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and direct both internal and external calls to the appropriate departments.
• Utilize computer-based telephone system to ensure efficient communication.
• Handle restaurant bookings on behalf of hotel guests.
• Assist guests in connecting with different departments in the hotel.
• Manage and document all guest-related needs using various software.
• Handle out-of-state and international calls professionally and efficiently.
• Input and confirm wake-up call requests in the telephone system.
• Support Front Desk staff with room charges, guest privacy, etc.
• Retrieve guest reports from various software and charge guest accounts accordingly.
• Undertake assigned clerical duties as needed. Requirements
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Handling and resolving customer complaints.
Providing customers with information about our services and products.
Previous experience in a customer service role is considered an asset, although not compulsory, as training will be provided.
