Gary's Auto & Body Shop Body Shop Tech (Body Shop Technician) in Crossville, Tennessee

Now Hiring Collision Repair Technicians

If you're reading this, I know how hard it is to take that leap and take a chance on applying. I want to make it easy for you. My name is Kyle. I'm the Shop Manager for Gary's. I just want to be real with you for a minute. We all know what it's like to feel unappreciated. We know how it feels to not have our voices heard.

Gary's was started over 40 years ago. The company is still today owned by Gary himself! Once you become a member of our team you become a part of the Gary's family

So, why all this life story in an ad? Because when you apply, I want you to know what kind of positive company mindset you'll be working with. In the past, some people have realized they don't fit in here and have had to move on. If you like drama, can't respect your teammates, or are negative all the time, this isn't the place for you. I will say that if you come in with a good attitude and work hard, the Gary's family will have your back and you'll be happier than you've ever been.

Everyone that works at our shop is treated with respect. Most importantly, we want to always show appreciation and be the place where EVERYONE wants to work. Are we perfect? Not even close, but we're a heck of a lot better than most. I'm sure you've never read a job ad like this. If we put this much passion and transparency in a job description, just think of what it's like to work here. If this ad describes all the bad things you deal with on a weekly basis, take a chance, put your best foot forward, and apply today.
