JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY: The position is responsible for promoting and supporting the growth of Lucas Milhaupt\'s products and services in our chosen market segments and applications. The role requires a hands-on approach to developing, implementing, and measuring the impact of marketing plans across both digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a comprehensive understanding of marketing tools, analytics, and trends to drive successful campaigns. DUTIES INCLUDE: Assisting in developing an integrated marketing plan, defining priorities and implementing tactics in various areas, including advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning/tradeshows. Assisting with marketing data analysis, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic. Generating compelling content for our website, social media, and print collateral. Supporting lead generation initiatives through appropriate directory usage, electronic database searches, CRM, and telephone contact to support sales activity. Building marketing lists and segment data by industry, channel and geographic region. Developing and implementing lead nurturing and follow-up programs. Performing basic market research activities as necessary. This may include new customer surveys, existing customer sales data, and test marketing of new products. Performing other duties when needed. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal/written skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and being able to work both independently and with a team. Self-motivated, responsive, and proactive. Organized and capable of multi-tasking. Familiarity with data management and analysis tools, such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and digital and email marketing platforms. Familiarity with graphic design software packages, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Must be willing to travel (15%).
