Amazon Executive Assistant I, Amazon MGM Studios Finance in Culver City, California
Description
Amazon is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant supporting multiple Directors within the Amazon MGM Studios Finance. The Executive Assistant will act as an extension of their leader and have the opportunity to frequently interact with Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video business partners, team leaders, and a supportive team of Executive Assistants.
You will have great attention detail and the ability to calmly juggle multiple critical requests while meeting or exceeding tight deadlines during each of the financial cycles at Amazon. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment, and possess an ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal supervision.
You are able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships, while keeping abreast of general business objectives, policies, standards, services, facilities, procedures and related information in order to maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization. A high level of integrity and discretion is needed in handling confidential information. You must also have a strong sense of professionalism under pressure, and the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround surrounding complex tasks and projects.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations and time zones
Must be able to prioritize and time manage to support two to three Directors
• Manage domestic and complex international travel
• Manage expense report coordination and submission
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
• Management of team space, including moves and re-configurations
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with end-to-end project management
Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience with executive level calendar management, or experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multiple calendars
Experience in senior level leadership support
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
