Molecular Research Associate
Pay: 30-40
Experience: 1-3 years required
Job Duties:
Analytical Assays include: Western Blot (WB), ELISA, Endotoxin, DNA, RNA, PCR, and Phage Titer.
Perform and participate in method development activities in collaboration with associates and scientists for ELISA, WB, MSD, PCR and other analytical assays for use in bacteriophage and/or antibody characterization
Contribute to the development and optimization of stability studies and related assays, and perform antibody purification and conjugation (e.g., Biotin, HRP, sulfo) as needed.
Assist in transferring analytical assay methods to QA/QC departments.
Process, analyze and organize data sets.
Maintain an accurate laboratory notebook and detailed records of daily experiments.
Adhere to company standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Read and understand scientific language, literature and publications as necessary.
Present experimental data or relevant literature articles during meetings as required.
