Insight Global Administrative Assistant in Cupertino, California
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our education client in Cupertino, California. This is a "Gifted and Talented" K-12 school with a 290 student population. This role would be performed as a part of the school's admissions office and is estimated to be 3 to 6 months in length, but with a strong possibility of extensions if admissions demand continues to be in a surplus. Responsibilities are as follows:
Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate admissions events such as open houses, information sessions, playgroups, workshops, student assessments, interviews, and student shadow days. Communicate about event scheduling and logistics with relevant staff and prospective families. Handle day-of logistics at in-person events such as set up/clean up of the welcome table, name tags, coffee station, and warmly greet the guests.
Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective families via email, phone, or in-person visits, providing accurate information about the school's programs, admissions requirements, and application procedures.
Data Management and Integrity: Support accurate and up-to-date records of prospective student inquiries, applications, and enrollment status using the school's admissions management software or database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Skills and Requirements
*2+ years administrative experience
*Advanced excel and data management skills
*Proficiency within the Google Suite
*Strong social ability with a willingness to be hands-on in the admissions and pre-admission process null
