Apple’s Environment, Policy & Social Initiatives team is seeking an experienced Project Manager with campaign execution expertise. This role will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and management of Apple values campaigns across various channels and countries. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project information such as timelines, budgets, resource allocation, scope and definition, and oversight on a global portfolio of activations. You will be working with globally dispersed, cross-functional teams to lead programs and projects associated with specific Apple values areas, therefore, you will need to effectively and clearly communicate status updates, manage project risk, as well as conduct post audit reviews. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience, top notch organizational skills, an amazing personality, the ability to connect with employees at all levels, with a work ethic that won’t quit.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the development and execution of Environment, Policy and Social Initiatives campaigns such as Earth Day, Global Accessibility Awareness Day, World AIDS Day, and World Teachers Day. The candidate will be responsible for identifying key strategies that showcase Apple’s values in these campaigns. In addition to coordinating the day-to-day campaign activities, programs, or events needed — you will also work to identify resources, influence key stakeholders, and define processes and project roadmaps ensuring timely delivery and execution. Responsibilities may include: - Develop and manage complex project timelines, ensuring accountability for deliverables across a range of projects - Support internal engagement of Apple teams to amplify values campaigns - Coordinate collection and review of campaign content, data, and supporting materials - Provide timely project updates and elevate critical risks to senior teams - Create, propose and implement new strategic tools, processes, and solutions in line with best practices or to improve efficiency - Conduct post-project reviews, recaps, and provide final results to leadership - Create and maintain key project governance to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct experience in project managing medium to large scale campaigns

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven track record of leading strategic projects combined with the ability to also implement tactical project-level activities and tasks.
Ability to plan, manage, and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales (i.e.: checkpoints with long-term goals while completing shorter term goals)
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail
Specific experience developing and managing integrated campaigns to build the best end-to-end customer and employee journey
Excellent leadership skills that enhance project team effectiveness
Flexible, resourceful, and meticulous
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure and clarity
Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environments and new challenges
Demonstrated ability to think ahead and take action to ensure success
A proactive, assertive, sense of urgency to problem solving
Strong proficiency in keynote and presenting to key stakeholders and senior-executives.
Highly self-motivated and self managing individual who is comfortable working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
