At least 5 years of technical program management experience in cloud-based software development
Proficiency in large-scale distributed systems and cloud architecture, databases and build and release
Strong track record of managing software development programs from feature definition to deployment using tools such as Jira.
Experience of setting up and leading agile development portfolio teams using SAFe, Scrum, XP etc.
Manage and prioritize program roadmaps using OKR methodology
Experience in metrics-driven process reengineering and task automation
A creative problem solver with an excellent ability to influence without authority
Great at weighing trade-offs and prioritizing using data and anecdotes
Solid sense of ownership, customer service, collaboration, and integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
Proactive in approach, focus on innovation and ability to learn new technologies
Description
You will create and deliver program roadmaps for cloud products by partnering with Developers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other partner teams such as Security, Compliance and Finance. You will initiate programs by establishing and documenting the scope the schedule. You will work across stakeholder groups to proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies and adjust as needed. You will also handle communication to stakeholders, the teams, and cross-functional partners. You will manage the development team’s backlog and prioritize work to meet the program expectations and offer data and planning expertise for working through prioritization challenges.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field of equivalent plus 5+ years experience. Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) and Cloud certifications (AWS, Google, Alibaba) are a plus.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,000 and $269,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
