In this exciting global role, you will support our rapidly evolving Monobrand and Digital Channels, partnering closely with a variety of cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive Apple’s businesses forward.

Description

The Finance Manager in this role will lead a team responsible for partnering with the WW Channel Strategy and Operations (CSO) leadership team to develop investment strategy and governance for the Monobrand and Digital channels. Key responsibilities will include: - Serve as the Finance center of expertise for WW Monobrand and Digital routes-to-market - Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support to enable strategic investment decisions - Defining investment running rules for Monobrand and Digital programs - Developing appropriate metrics to assess program performance - Providing insights and updates to leadership on performance - Driving ongoing process standardization and improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales/finance/business development/consulting related work experience

  • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

  • High level of proficiency with Excel and presentation tools (i.e. Keynote); Tableau skills a plus

  • Demonstrates ability to conduct complex, data driven financial modeling and analysis, with sharp attention to detail

  • Highly motivated, works well in a fast paced and demanding environment; strong prioritization skills are required, with ability to manage multiple projects

  • Comfortable with high level of ambiguity and complexity

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization

  • Proactive problem solver and interested in process improvements

  • Strong verbal and written professional skills; ability to compile and present data, insights, and recommendations to different audiences, including executives

  • Ability to coach team to conduct complex, data-driven analysis

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,200 and $212,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
