3+ years in a role leading multi-functional teams in product development (e.g. Program / Project Management, or Business Analysis)
3+ years of technical program management and/or experience covering as many of the following as possible: a large-scale and international user base, real-time streaming data pipelines, hardware development, software development, NPI project management, manufacturing, logistics
Experience with overseeing controls, business processes, testing, training, and remediation
Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; proven creative and critical thinking capabilities; can quickly (real-time) triage, prioritize, and lead multi-functional teams under pressure
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization with technical and non-technical people
Flexibility and agility in handling priority changes and multiple tracks of work
Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external collaborative relationships
Ability to self-organize, drive actions, and keep teams focused on the right priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will: - Be a teammate, a leader, a student, and a mentor - Be eager to learn new technologies and solutions - Be curious about how systems work and how they fail, design them to be sustainable in the face of failures - Be challenged to work under pressure and with ambiguity - Be adept at shifting directions and priorities - Cultivate relationships with all levels of the business and understand each team’s function and how it contributes to our security vision - Be able to accommodate various time zones to support and partner with international business and project teams - Directly contribute to product lifecycle management - Break down sophisticated software/hardware issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team - Communicate development and feasibility needs, establishing milestones for checkpoints and status updates - Drive day-to day program activities, system build planning and execution, risk assessments, etc. to meet overall program objectives
Education & Experience
- BS or MS or equivalent work experience - Agile / Scrum Certification a plus - CISSP and related security certifications a plus - PMP and related project management certifications a plus
