The Worldwide Channel Strategy and Operations (CSO) Team provides operational support to our Channel Branded Programs through Preservation, Technology, Installation and Supply expertise. We are growing our team and we are seeking an Operations Deployment Manager to ensure that Apple’s branded fixtures in over 17,000 reseller locations throughout multiple countries are maintained to Apple’s high standards to ensure the best customer experience. You excel at working independently and as part of a large, cross-functional team, and you are able to effectively interact and influence all levels within the organization.

Description

  • Partner directly with region program managers to deliver Apple look-and-feel standards while delivering within the parameters of reseller operations. - Oversee repair and maintenance activities; partner with project managers and vendors to ensure repairs are processed in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Review and monitor maintenance reports to identify effective ways to manage costs. - Calculate optional spend for each program, reseller and location. - Manage end-to-end deployment initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring communication of global strategy, adherence to timelines, and seamless execution. - Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects in diverse, international markets - Create and manage budgets for each country; keep program managers informed of costs in real time. Identify and resolve negative trends. - Partner with internal design teams to validate repair methods and techniques to meet brand expectations. - Continued assessment of overall program cost and ROI for Apple. Maintain close working relationships with Finance, Marcom and Sales teams. - Spend time in-shops to identify program improvements. Maintain an intimate knowledge of all business aspects of Apple Branded Programs. - Constant and strong communication with team members globally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Generally requires 5+ years of Retail management experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment

  • 5+ years of proven project management experience

  • Self-starter with innovation, integrity and attention to details

  • Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills necessary as well as a deep understanding of the Apple brand

  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales

  • Strong retail operations and finance background

  • Proficiency in Mac OS, iOS, Word, Excel and Keynote

  • Experience working in an international role

  • Approximately 10% travel required, both domestic and international

  • Supply chain or inventory management background a plus

  • Deep working knowledge of facilities and maintenance practices a plus

  • BA degree or equivalent experience

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
