We invite you to join Apple's growing Wireless/RF Systems EPM group. Our team is looking for a forward-thinking, dedicated and enthusiastic Engineering Program Manager to take part in and drive Apple’s new product development and introduction, supporting the dynamic, ever growing, Wireless HW technologies across Apple’s product portfolio.
Description
This is an exciting position, which leverages both excellent program management skills as well as deep technical expertise. Wireless/RF EPMs are self-motivated, curious, fast learners, and excellent communicators who are eager to collaborate with multiple highly skilled individuals within Apple as well as external suppliers. Wireless/RF EPMs play a critical role in all wireless aspects of Apple product life cycle, from ideation, through technology selection, on to planning, driving execution, budget management, continuous process improvement. Wireless/RF EPMs guide teams to solve the most challenging technical problems during new product development, all while remaining flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
Minimum Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent
5+ years of hands on experience in one or more of: RF/Wireless system Design/architecture, RF Test, RF application engineering
Track record of development and integration of wireless technologies into products
Demonstrated experience in technical/ project management
Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, presentation, problem solving and communication skills
Self driven, curious, eager to learn and be part of a team
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
MSEE, MBA or equivalent preferred
Working knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes, advantage to consumer products
Experience working with wireless standards & RF test equipment
Passion for leading continuous improvement, innovations, execution excellence and quality

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
