We are seeking for a Lifecycle Team Coordinator /Technical Support Coordinator, you will lead and manage the development of a technical support team in Brazil, reporting to the Lifecycle Line Manager and your Country Manager.

To Lead and manage multidisciplinary technical Support and Solutions team, achieving excellence in quality and meeting the customer's value stream. Develop talents and technical teams for high performance culture. Introduce modern concepts of process, customer care, automated activities and management

The position role includes team coordination and management by supporting the team, evaluating resource needs, helping scaling issues, measuring performance, and assure the team is following the right process through the project lifecycle execution.

What We Need from You

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Electrical/Software

  • Team management experience

  • Fluent English language skills

  • JIRA and/or other Project Management tools

  • Experience with DevOps environments and NOC services

  • Experience with C-Level interactions, presentations and negotiations

Nice to have

  • PMI certification

  • ITIL certification

  • Fluent or Advanced Spanish

Your challenges

  • Responsible for the performance cycle of a team of professionals, involving the joint creation of individual development plans, performance monitoring, feedback and training.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties / suppliers for the perfect execution of projects

  • Assist in project prioritization and resource allocation by providing technical support and solving conflicts and/or restrictions.

  • Handle personnel utilization by determining responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Analyze project experiences by highlighting best and worst practices during the course of each project

  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Assure the customer experience with our solution is being satisfactory

  • Help the improvement of the Lifecycle’s team profit revenue,

  • Foster a positive and effective relationship with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and effectively in a team environment

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Highly organized and efficient
