How you will contribute
You will:
Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activities
Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations
Devise and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focus
Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances
Collaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline
What you will bring

Relevant labor relations or human resources experience
Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred
Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives
Drive for results and customer service orientation
Project management skills and pro-actively manage work
Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for more complex Labor Relations processes, serving all Mondelez Brazil units.
Ensure the effective implementation of these processes across locations.
Conduct union negotiations for Collective Agreements (salary adjustments, profit-sharing, hours bank) together with the Labor Relations lead at the location.
Ensure the application of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Promote the improvement of Mondelez's approach and practices with unions, in accordance with guidance from the legal department and leadership.
Execute strategic and effective communication with impacted employees after negotiations.
Team Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for managers on how to handle union matters and negotiate effectively.
Continuous improvement: Stay updated on labor law trends and changes, as well as union practices, to adapt the company’s strategies and policies.
Support the leadership of Labor Relations teams at different locations by developing them, providing support for the implementation of labor and union relations strategies, and focusing on the team's training.
Desired qualifications:
Be an HR leader with active curiosity, insight-driven orientation, and an external perspective on people and business performance.
Broad HR generalist competencies across a range of populations with increasing responsibilities, ideally within the FMCG/CPG sectors.
Ability to build strong partnerships with functional leaders.
Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex and transformational changes.
Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
Future-focused, thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities by leveraging an external perspective through an understanding of market trends.
