IT Service Operations Analyst (Network)

We are subject matter experts in hardware, data and software, security, information access, system performance and data integrity. We also work in partnership with other IT functions and departments to recommend process improvements and resolve system outages.

What you’ll achieve

As an Analyst, you will provide remote network support for internal technical issues in complex and business-critical environments. You will be responsible for critical incident management with cross-functional teams, delivering timely solutions with exceptional customer service.

You will:

  • Provide global network support for user and monitoring Incident and resolve issues within SLA

  • Engage next level support team, Infra/application support team, Internet Service Provider and hardware vendor such as CISCO and ProSupport Globally

  • Provide support for LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, SDWAN, Load balancers, Wireless Controller, AP, Application slowness issue, Network connectivity issues and Data Center maintenance activity and have good knowledge in STP, LAN Switching, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, CISCO IOS command

  • Lead discussion with Product team on automation and collaborate in project

  • Perform analysis of repetitive critical device failure issue, top hitter and drive for permanent solution

Essential Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in network support and project implementation

  • Must have network troubleshooting skills – Core, Distribution, access switch, router, firewall, security, Load Balance, DNS, DHCP.

  • Knowledge in SMARTS, Netbrain, Netsout, SDWAN, Zabbix, EoTS, CISCO and Dell switches, BlueCat and F5 Load balancer is added advantage.

  • Must be able to work shift (24 X 7 - 12-hour shift)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill, fast leaner, critical thinking skill, able to work with cross function team including various application and Infrastructure team

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.

  • Network troubleshooting skill in complex environment, able to use all available monitoring tool and proactively resolve issues
