3M is seeking Maintenance Technician candidates in Cynthiana, Kentucky.

The Impact Youll Make in this Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Troubleshoot/Repair mechanical equipment and electrical components
Maintain a safe work environment
Perform housekeeping tasks
Operation of electrical meters shop equipment and portable power tools
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher
Possess a Two (2) year technical diploma/degree or higher in a Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, OR five (5) years experience in Maintenance
Controllers, PLCs, Robotics, Servo Controls, and various industrial control systems
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Direct experience with manufacturing equipment
Proven skill level in working with equipment manuals, prints, and charts
Good written and oral communications skills
Work location:
Cynthiana, Kentucky
Travel: Not required.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $32.66 per hour with the ability to reach $38.22 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
