We are looking for a Dispatcher to schedule restoration teams, maximizing the efficiency of production teams and optimizing support to our customers.

What you\'ll be doing:
As the primary point of contact for new customers, you will support the sales and production teams through scheduling and dispatching in-house teams for new mitigation projects. Day-to-day tasks can include:
- Answering the phone
- Customer intake gathering basic information from new and potential customers regarding their losses, entering details into the CRM (approximately 7-10 new customers/day)
- Maintaining communication with customers and referral partners.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
