角色职责:
熟悉空调基本原理，掌握空调维修技术；
对网点进行管理，指导，协调工作；
对应紧急客诉求问题，沟通能力要过关；
有一定的销售能力进行洽谈售后业务；
能够出差，协调地区事务，解决客户销售及经销商的问题；
角色 目的:
管理东北地区RLC售后服务事宜以及开发管理地区服务网点；
培养管理服务型人才，目标是地区负责人；
带领团队完成服务销售目标；
最低要求:
大专及大专以上学历
从事过相关职业
沟通能力要好
热爱售后服务及服务销售工作
