Robert Half Accounts Receivable Analyst in Dallas, Texas
Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in DALLAS, Texas. The selected candidate will be part of our team, working closely with Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. The role involves dealing with accounting functions, billing, and cash activity.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage and process customer credit applications
• Implement ADP - Financial Services to maintain accurate customer credit records
• Leverage CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools for efficient customer inquiry resolution
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate actions using ERP Solutions
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks to maintain financial equilibrium
• Oversee billing functions and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
• Monitor and track cash activity with precision and accuracy
• Implement accounting functions to ensure financial compliance and transparency
• Use your skills in ERP Solutions to streamline and automate financial processes
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Understanding of ERP Solutions
• Ability to handle Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Capable of managing Billing Functions
• Experience in handling Cash Activity
