The SuccessFactors System Administrator will oversee and manage our Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint administration, ensuring optimal performance and functionality. This role involves system administration, troubleshooting, and working closely with HR and IT to support business processes and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all Microsoft applications and be capable of leading system upgrades, configurations, and integrations.
What you'll do
Oversee the maintenance and configuration and ensure reliable operation of the Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate suite of products
Create, optimize, and maintain reports, dashboards, and automated workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, and Alteryx to improve business process efficiency
Develop and manage SharePoint sites as required to meet organizational needs
Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for system-related issues
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and training materials
Participate in planning, designing, and implementing new system functionalities and enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into system specifications
Work closely with other system administrators to maintain consistency, share best practices, streamline processes, and expand system knowledge
Develop and execute quality assurance test cases to ensure system reliability
Manage release updates and coordinate enablement plans with leadership
Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to align systems with organizational objectives
Communicate system updates and changes effectively to relevant stakeholders
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3 years of technical design and configuration experience in developing and administering Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutions
Experience in large-scale system implementations and support
Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and collaboration tools, including Alteryx and Tableau
Strong understanding of data modeling and best practices in data visualization
Previous experience in the Agile Methodology, preferred
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
