About the Role: Assistant Brand Manager
The Assistant Brand Manager assists in the execution and implementation of marketing and CX initiatives designed to meet the goals and objectives of the S&P Global Brand and CX Insights strategy. This position supports both the Director, Brand Marketing and the Director of CX Insights. This position plays a pivotal role serving as a liaison across Enterprise Marketing cross-functional team (Content, Event, Digital and In-house Agency), the Divisions (Marketing and CX functions) and across the enterprise.
Responsibilities and Impact:

Assists in the implementation of marketing and strategic recommendations aimed at driving greater familiarity, awareness and consideration for the Enterprise brand and Divisions
Collaborates across the Enterprise to support the development and launch of brand marketing initiatives
Develops insightful creative briefs with an understanding of the brand strategy and goals and provides thoughtful creative feedback
Successfully juggles multiple projects/demands and keeps Directors informed on progress/status
Work in support of Brand inspired CX initiatives that will be activated through 2025.
Ability to collaborate and support communication/events related to Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives
Analyzes competition and marketing trends to assess opportunities and risks for the brand
Assists in ongoing efforts to help our people understand and live the brand
Ensures adherence of the brand standards and brand experience across all channels
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $56,392 to $98,949.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
4+ years of brand and/or marketing experience—understanding of brand strategy, customer insights and online and offline marketing channels
Excellent project management skills
Experience in organizing stakeholder/customer events/conferences
Experience in designing/supporting Brand/ Brand Strategy/CX workshops
Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem solve, show attention to detail, and follow-through to completion
Bachelor’s degree required
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for being customer focused
Strong team player who is nimble, proactive and able to adjust to changing environments
Must be a strong and confident communicator
Other duties as assigned
