(Hybrid role Tuesday through Thursday in our Plano, TX office.)
What You Will Do
Become an integral member in a cross-functional scrum team
Research for creative and highly efficient solutions for features to increase customer satisfaction
Design, develop, and unit test features for Forescout eyeSight products
Collaborate with developers at all levels, architects, manual and automation QA, and technical writers to provide end-to-end solutions
Rapidly learn, evaluate, and explain emerging security technologies
What You Bring To Forescout
Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science or related field
3+ years of industry experience in software development
3+ years of hands-on experience with Java
Hands-on scripting language experience such as Python, Perl, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby are a big plus
Hands-on experience working in a Linux environment (RedHat, CentOS) is a big plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams
Egoless approach, a team player, and excellent communication skills
Networking understanding (OS Layer model, IP, Transport, and application layers understanding) is a big plus
