Summary of Position:

Principle purpose of this position: Grow the volume of business in number of customers, hours, and orders within the assigned market area and meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, gross profit quotas, gross profit ratios and hours. Consistently strive to recognize and take advantage of opportunities to grow the volume of business. Utilize resources effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Achieve sales goals to grow gross profit dollars for the branch.

``` - Know and implement the 6-Call Sales Cycle; maintain 50 calls per week, 25% should be level 2 to 5 calls.

``` - Conduct a minimum of 2 to 3 appointments per day for a total of 10 to 15 appointments per week.

``` - Maintain a monthly pipeline of Top 10 accounts and acquire a minimum of three new accounts each month.

``` - Manage assigned territory within 5 zones with 20 Target Accounts for each zone. Utilize the (TAL) Target Account List to manage progress.

``` - Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of customers and target accounts using the Customer Profile Sheet, Organizational Chart and Buying Influences Chart.

``` - Utilize a Weekly Sales Planner Report to plan each future week and record accomplishments.

``` - Document daily sales work in the company system.

``` - Report weekly results in the Flash.

``` - Communicate service delivery expectations to the branch operations team to ensure the operations team can fill orders and meet client expectations.

``` - Maintain clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Top 5 accounts.

Experience:

(Background and knowledge required for position)

  • College degree plus one year of staffing industry sales experience or related sales experience. May substitute three additional years of relevant sales experience for college degree.

``` - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other PC-based software applications, as required.

``` - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
