Business Systems Analyst :

• Work on ACH project, focusing on enhancing Fiserv PEP+ application

  Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

• Business systems analysis experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of Fiserv PEP+ application and ACH payment systems

• Strong understanding of the payments industry, including NACHA rules and regulations

• Advanced Excel experience, particularly pivot tables and data analysis

• Experience in creating process flows and understanding underlying code structures

• Proven ability to write clear, concise business requirements and user stories

• Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment

• Proficiency in using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation
