LITIGATION CASE MANAGER is urgently needed to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role involves handling complex litigation cases, providing support during all stages of the process, and mentoring paralegals and litigation assistants. The Case Manager will also be expected to manage cases, anticipate and plan for all litigation phases, and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee case management tasks, including guidance of paralegal and litigation assistant teams.

• Plan and anticipate all phases of litigation with minimal supervision.

• Provide support to attorneys in preparation for filing of lawsuits, discovery, and trial readiness.

• Organize and analyze documents, ensuring proper handling of confidential and privileged documents.

• Train, supervise, and mentor paralegals and litigation assistants in litigation support tasks.

• Handle complex commercial and business litigation cases.

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.

• Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Relativity, Everchron, ProLaw, Lexis, and Westlaw.

• Handle tasks related to IP litigation.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least 7 years of experience in a Case Management role

• Proven experience in Supervisory Management and Supervisory Oversight is necessary

• Proficiency in handling Complex Commercial Litigation, Complex Business Litigation, and Complex Litigation is required

• Experience in Defense Litigation and IP Litigation is essential

• Must have experience with all stages of trial preparation and attendance

• Proficiency in managing and overseeing case procedures, legal requirements, and related administrative tasks

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders effectively

• High attention to detail and accuracy to ensure all case files, documents, and reports are complete and correct

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle pressure situations efficiently

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate case facts, laws, and regulations effectively

• Proficiency in using case management software and other legal applications.
