Job Description
A Fortune 500 client is looking for a dynamic and creative candidate to join their team as a Bill Messaging Project Manager in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization. The ideal candidate will take a customer-centric approach and be able to translate priority marketing needs, business strategies and product solutions into effective CRM strategies spanning customer bill messaging, email, direct mail and proprietary digital channels. This role leads CRM go-to-market efforts to existing customers of the client, with an emphasis on customer bill messaging and email.

Skills and Requirements
-3+ years in marketing roles managing marketing campaign go-to-market
-3+ years in CRM managing email and direct mail campaign go-to-market
-3+ years in marketing project management and/or go-to-market coordination
-Strong understanding of CRM best practices, including email design, driving engagement and deliverability, etc.
-Experience managing creative agencies, partners, and stakeholders -Entertainment industry experience
-Technology industry experience null
