Topgolf Event Sales Coordinator in Dallas, Texas

The Event Sales Coordinator will support the Corporate Sales team and its leadership in executing the important behind-the-scenes administrative functions that streamlines building strategy, processes and communication, between the Dallas Office and all Topgolf venues. This position serves as a key liaison with our venues, our regional leadership group, the entire events teams, and other departments and teams outside of sales. Without this critical role, our efforts to provide best-in-class support to our teammates who provide an integral service of hospitality for our Players would be impossible. The Event Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales Business Operations and routinely receives guidance and feedback from this role as well as the Regional Director of Sales team, and the VP of sales.

Functions:

  • Coordinate and prepare weekly call decks; including streamlining communication for leadership/cross functional groups by being proactive and adhering to specific timelines

  • Create and manage a resource library for all toolkits and SOPs.Update and maintain accuracy of tools based on rollouts from Leadership team

  • Support Dir. Sales Business Operations with a variety of administrative tasks so that our venues have current information clients are well taken care of and our venues run smoothly when executing Events

  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) system for accurate reporting on a regular basis for all venues

  • Produce Microsoft Excel documents and PowerPoint presentations for various assignments

  • Join cross-functional calls and take diligent notes and supply follow up deliverables as needed

  • Assist in planning and execution of the annual and quarterly meetings (logistics, budget, agendas, sourcing vendors, catering, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Sports Marketing, Hospitality preferred. Will also consider applicants with relevant work history

  • 2+ years Event Sales support experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focused on event sales

  • 1+ years Working with CRM (Salesforce preferred)

  • 1+ years Microsoft Office (.ppt, .exl) Teams, Dropbox

  • Strong multi-tasker, great communicator, and all-around team player

  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word and CRM Applications

  • Ability to excel and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication, time management and organization skills

  • Motivated and driven individual who can positively work with others to achieve all goals

  • Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader.
